Teaching is a strong thread that runs through the
tapestry of my work.
We are on this journey together and need to be aware of who we are, who
we are not, how to navigate our personal world and to include others/be part of the collective world.
To this end I offer
a variety of classes, workshops and trainings on psycho-spiritual topics so that we can develop and grow as happy, healthy
spiritual beings having our oh so human experience.
