Rei- Universal Wisdom + Ki- Life Energy=
Spiritually guided life force energy.

Reiki pronounced (ray key) is a Japanese healing technique that promotes stress reduction, relaxation and healing on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels.  Reiki is practiced either above the body or with hands lightly resting on the body.

Symbols?

Reiki uses symbols to accomplish specific goals- increase the power of the energy, heal mental/emotional issues/creating balance and to send healing long distance as well as backward and forward in time.  The use of the symbols and the attunement process is the primary difference between Reiki and other forms of energy healing.

Attunements?

Reiki energy is a specific frequency of energy that can only be accessed by someone who is attuned to the energy by a Reiki Master..think of an attunement as someone tuning your body to the channel of Reiki energy making it accessible at any time.

In the class you:
  • Receive the 1st and 2nd degree Reiki attunements
  • Give a complete Reiki treatment including all hand positions
  • Learn/Practice the self healing treatment positions
  • Use the second degree symbols to send Reiki to others at a distance
  • Learn Beaming, scanning and additional Japanese Reiki techniques
Lots of feedback is included in class and three mentoring/skills development sessions are included to assist you on your healing journey.

"All paths can lead to healing if we remain open, flexible and committed to our own healing the the well being of our clients.  It is important to question, to push our own growing edge so that we are always bringing more of ourselves to all situations- our personal lives, work and healing rooms.  Reiki can be a way to begin that process.  Reiki can be a powerful starting point; it is not an end point."
