Psychosynthesis Life Coaching focuses on strategic planning and personal growth- purpose & values.  It does not focus on emotional trauma.  Coaching works well when we are seeking clarification as we are moving forward.  Because the orientation of coaching is future oriented we do not delve into your past history in great detail unless we need to understand a piece of  your life story that may be holding you back.

Psychic Readings- work well for times of transition.    A reading is useful for  those times when we need OUTSIDE confirmation that we are on the right track.  Often we find ourselves in a world that is in flux or we sense there is a change around us but are unsure if we are receiving the messages clearly.   Readings often confirm what we already know- sometimes reluctantly we must admit it is true and begin from this new claimed reality.  Readings also can help understand the motivation or intentions of individuals & organizations that impact our lives.
