Group Spiritual Direction & Guidance
Grounded in Psychosynthesis, this is an affordable way to receive guidance/direction as well as to discover the gifts an on-going, safe, confidential and supportive community can offer.
Group work allows you to:
All groups are unique and are shaped by the members and the movement of need/intention each session.
Limited to 8 participants who meet weekly. A sliding scale is available for those in need.
Group work allows you to:
- Define purpose
- Strengthen or develop a connection to Self, a higher power, God, spirit guides/angels, universe etc.
- Receive support for discernment and decision making
- Explore and integrate conflicting parts of oneself
- Gain perspective on personal history
- Explore issues of calling, awe and joy
- Learn to meditate or pray
- Become aware of feelings and images which may be nudging you towareds wholeness and a sense of Self
- Explore who you are within a safe community of others
- Be seen and witnessed in new ways
- Practice new behaviors
- Work with Spirit in more conscious ways
- Practice new techniques, skills & receive constructive feedback
- Learn to not only support others but to be supported
- To tend to ourselves and our truth while honoring others
